We are direct and to the point throughout the entire process of buying, selling, and trading fine timepieces. Use of this website and any transaction with Oyster Palace indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time. Please read these terms carefully.
Authenticity Pledge
Your trust is our highest priority. We guarantee your timepiece is 100% authentic and as described or you will receive a full refund. All Oyster Palace timepieces are backed by our Authenticity Pledge.
Ownership Guaranteed
Oyster Palace owns all of our timepieces. Each and every watch has been thoroughly inspected before we offer it for sale.
Condition
Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, all watches are sold as is. We will accurately describe the current condition and working order of all watches we sell to the best of our ability. Oyster Palace makes no mechanical guarantee in terms of movement, accuracy or waterproofing unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
We guarantee all watches are in our possession and will be express shipped immediately upon your funds clearing our Bank Account. All watches are shipped fully insured. If a package is lost, a refund will be issued once the insurance claim is approved and paid. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duties due in the country of destination.
Inspection Period
You will have a 5-day inspection period for your watch purchase. If you are not satisfied, call for a refund authorization before shipping. Shipping is paid for by the buyer and must be sent via fully insured overnight or priority international delivery. The buyer agrees to assume any risks in shipping. No refund will be made after the 5-day inspection period ends.
Refund Policy
We will conduct a thorough inspection of any returned item. Provided the watch is returned in the exact same condition, we will issue a full refund for the timepiece less shipping and insurance costs. New-in-box watches may only be returned if there is material defect, and the watch is returned fully intact and unworn. The Buyer assumes all risks in returning the item. International Buyers assume additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex watches to the U.S. from foreign countries.
International Buyers
International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due. The Buyer takes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return.
California Buyers
California buyers are subject to appropriate sales tax to be determined by the county in which you reside. Buyers presenting a Resale License are exempt from county sales tax.
Pricing
Oyster Palace reserves the right to make any change to pricing, specifications, and availability of inventory without prior notice. Statements made on this website are the opinion of Oyster Palace.
Respecting Your Privacy
